Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. iTAPDN never sees your Google password.
• Anything you add yourself: profile details, store or product listings, job posts, messages, e-books and other content you create.

Payments for memberships, credits, guides and merch are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered with Stripe and is never stored by iTAPDN. We keep a record of each purchase (what you bought, the amount, the date and its status) so we can give you access, handle refunds and keep accurate accounts.

When you order printed merchandise, we share the details needed to make and ship it — your name, shipping address and the items ordered — with our print partner Printify (and its printers and carriers). They use it only to fulfil your order.

If you join through someone's referral link, we record who referred you. We keep records of referral relationships, qualifying purchases and any commissions earned or reversed so payouts are correct. Members who referred you can see limited information needed for this, not your payment details.

Ask iTAPDN is an AI assistant. Messages you send it, and your saved conversation history, are stored with your account. To answer, your messages are sent to third-party AI model providers for processing. When you ask for things like weather, news or places, the assistant may look up public information on your behalf. Please don't share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information in chat.

We send emails from notify.referallthings.com, such as sign-up confirmation, password resets, sign-in links and messages about your orders or account.

• Sign-in session, so you stay signed in on your device.
• Your light or dark theme choice.
• Small settings such as a referral code or dismissed notices.
• If site analytics is turned on, Google Analytics may set cookies to count page visits.

To run your account, deliver what you buy, pay commissions, answer your questions, keep the service secure and prevent abuse, and improve iTAPDN. We do not sell your personal information, and iTAPDN shows no third-party advertising.

You can cancel your membership any time in Settings. To delete your account and personal data, email traylyn.treeremoval@gmail.com from the email on your account. Some records, such as payment and commission history, may need to be kept for accounting and legal reasons.

iTAPDN is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
